I’m Dan Stultz, an experienced Oregon-based home inspector. I specialize in helping you understand the investment you’re about to make.
This is my typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Newly constructed homes need an objective third party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything.
I will assess the home and its major systems to determine if the home has been well-maintained and that it is in good condition to be put up for sale.
Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Make sure you and your family are protected.
With the use of my infrared camera, I can help identify moisture, insulation, electrical, HVAC issues, and more.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. I will perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires.
Annual inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential home, to help identify any defects in mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home. I focus on identifying safety issues and items showing signs of delayed maintenance.
This inspection covers exterior, structure, insulation, venting, moisture, mechanical systems, utilities, living spaces, and garages. This inspection is a non-invasive visual analysis of each unit that I am given access to.
